We want to set expectations clearly. Every item in this group is a novelty toy, not gear for a pet snake. The set covers realistic rubber fake snakes for pranks, plastic snakes used to scare birds off gardens and patios, and a couple of unrelated novelty toys, including a fidget snake and a light-up sensory pad. We evaluated them as the toys they are. In our evaluation we weighed how realistic each looks, what job it is sold for, and the patterns in aggregated buyer feedback. What we like is a fake snake convincing enough to startle a person or a bird, made of durable rubber that holds up outdoors. We also flag small-part choking hazards, since small plastic snakes are not suitable for young children or to leave near curious pets that might chew them.
